By downloading or using the Quran Telugu mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Quran Telugu provides the Holy Quran with Telugu translation, audio recitation, prayer times, and related Islamic utilities. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

2. Subscriptions (iOS)

On iOS, full access to the App requires a yearly auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown in the App for your storefront.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Religious Content

The Quran text, translations and audio recitations are provided with the utmost care and respect. Translations are aids to understanding and are not a substitute for the original Arabic text. If you find any error, please contact us so we can correct it promptly.

4. Prayer Times Disclaimer

Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated using established astronomical methods and your device's location or manually entered values. Small variations can occur; please verify with your local mosque where precision matters.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the App accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quran Telugu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
